Return & Refund

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item by contacting customer service. We will assist you in completing the return process. Please note the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return services are only available for online orders purchased at original prices.
  • In-store purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please confirm the product before payment.

2. Condition for Returns

  • Products must be in their original condition with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, including complete original packaging and shoulder straps.

3. Non-Returnable Returns

  • For hygiene and product integrity reasons, jewelry (Charme, Magic Stone Collection) and footwear (Coziness Collection) are not eligible for returns.

4. Footwear Orders

  • For footwear orders purchased from our official website, exchanges for footwear based on size are subject to availability and terms and conditions. The shipping fees for returning and reshipping shoes will be borne by the customer.

5. Free Gift Policy

  • When applying for a return, if the order total no longer meets the free gift threshold, please return the gift with the item. If you wish to keep the gift, we will deduct the price of the gift from the refund amount.

  • Return and Refund will only be done for a product(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  • Return and/or Exchange for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items received. Please contact our customer service on Instagram within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will further assist you.
  • The following conditions are considered normal and not defective: Measurement deviations within 1-3 cm, small stains, minor loose threads, slight detachment or snags, slight color variations between batches, and damage caused by human actions.

PROCEDURE

To start a return request, please refer to the following steps:

  1. Get in touch with our Customer Service via Facebook/ Instagram (compulsory)
  2. Once you get the confirmation from the team, fill up the Return Form
  3. Pack the product(s) back into its original packaging along with its packing list
  4. Send your return parcel to the following address with a delivery method that allows tracking

  1. Return parcel must reach B.Adore within 7 working days (for Malaysia order) or 14 working days (for International order), upon the confirmation and update from our Return Department.

SERVICE CHARGE

  • 10% service charge will be imposed on any return request submitted more than a week after the delivery of the package.

ALL RETURN AND REFUND WILL BE PERFORMED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY

  • If return request is granted, we will proceed with refunds to your B.Adore account as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the date on which we received the returned product(s).
  • Refund is available in the form of store credit only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit. Please note that all voucher, discount and promotional codes issued are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.
  • Refund will be performed based on amount paid for the previous order. Customer are required to top up the balance for their new purchase if there are price differences between the returned and new item.
  • Note that customer are not allow to enjoy the same promotion price for their new purchase with the store credit.
  • Kindly place your new order with the Store Credit within ONE (1) month.
  • Store Credit will be issued within 7 working days. Kindly check your email for further update.

IMPORTANT REMARKS

  • Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If returned product(s) does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, B.Adore reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. Note that return delivery fee to B.Adore address and second delivery to recipient’s address will be borne by customers.
  • Only returns via mailing are accepted as we do not honour return via walk-ins to our Headquarter or Retail Store.
