How to earn B-Point?
- Members accumulate B-Points with their purchases, excluding sale items/ minus one items/ trade-in items
How to use the points voucher/ Gift rewards?Â
- Points voucher is applicable to original price item (except special collaboration product) with a minimum purchase amount of RM150 and 6-months validity.
- Please be informed that points voucher and gift rewards unable to combine with any in store offers and promotion.
What benefits does the B.Adore Membership system offer?

- Birthday voucher: Members receive a birthday voucher on their birth month

What are the requirements to qualify for Silver (B'Friends) and (Gold) B'Family membership tiers?
- Silver (B'Friends): Spend between RM5,000 to RM7,999 annually
- Gold (B'Family): Spend RM8,000 or more annually
- Upon meeting the threshold, the new tier will be unlocked immediately and maintained for 12 months
- Members' accounts will be embellished with an exclusive badge that reflects their membership tier
- The accumulated B-Point and the duration of the membership status will be noted
- Yes, the point system is synchronised across all physical stores (except Pop Up Store), ensuring that members can earn and utilise points consistently regardless of the location they visit
What is the Birthday Benefits?
- Enjoy a birthday voucher applicable to a minimum spend of RM100 per single order
- Valid for one month from the date of issue
- Receive your voucher code via email on your birthday
